Who we are

Built on trust and excellence

Keep Premium Solutions (KPS) is a Ghanaian EdTech company, founded in 2016, that helps schools turn data into better learning. We build and run the Schools Learning Outcome Analysis System (SLOAS), a learning analytics platform that gives headteachers, teachers and education directorates real-time dashboards, School-Based Assessment (SBA) tracking, BECE results analysis, report cards and AI-assisted lesson preparation. Alongside our software, we train teachers to use ICT in the classroom, develop quality assessment tests, and provide examination printing and consultancy. In the Volta Region alone, we have trained more than 3,000 headteachers and teachers across 17 districts and municipalities.

A Ghana where every learner, in every school, is taught by a confident, digitally skilled teacher, and where decisions about learning are guided by accurate, timely data.

Our mission

To improve learning outcomes in Ghanaian basic schools by giving teachers, school leaders and education authorities practical digital tools, quality assessments and continuous professional training, in step with the national curriculum and education priorities.

KPS is a Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellow. The Fellowship supports our work to close the ICT skills gap among teachers, especially in rural communities, and to scale data-driven learning improvement across Ghana.

Working together for SDG 4 and the Education Strategic Plan 2018–2030

We and our partners share one goal: inclusive, equitable, quality education for every child (UN Sustainable Development Goal 4). Ghana's Education Strategic Plan 2018–2030 calls for better learning outcomes, stronger teacher management and data-driven accountability. GES leads delivery, NTC raises teaching standards and NaCCA sets what learners should know. KPS supports each partner with technology, training and evidence. Together we help schools see where learners are struggling, help teachers respond with confidence, and help leaders track progress towards national targets.

Ghana Education Service (GES)

GES implements pre-tertiary education policy across every region and district. KPS gives directorates and headteachers dashboards to monitor school performance, SBA submissions and BECE trends, so support reaches the schools that need it most.

National Teaching Council (NTC)

NTC sets teacher professional standards and continuous professional development (CPD). KPS runs practical ICT and assessment training that builds the skills teachers need for their CPD and licensing.

National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA)

NaCCA develops the national curriculum and assessment standards. KPS aligns its assessment tests, lesson-note AI and performance indicators to the NaCCA Standards-Based Curriculum, so every activity reinforces curriculum delivery.
