Strategic Leadership Alignment: KPS and Greater Accra Regional Directorate Convene Metro, Municipal, and District Directors at Acknac Hotel for ICT Integration Rollout
Keep Premium Solutions, in partnership with the Greater Accra Regional Education Directorate, convened a high-level 1-day Stakeholder Engagement Forum at Acknac Hotel. The consultative session engaged Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Directors of Education (MMDDEs) and regional education leaders to secure institutional buy-in and establish a strategic roadmap for cascading ICT Integration Training workshops to classroom teachers across the Greater Accra Region.

To ensure sustainable educational reform, curriculum transformation must be championed from the highest levels of administrative leadership down to the classroom.
Building on its proven track record across the country, Keep Premium Solutions (KPS), in strategic collaboration with the Greater Accra Regional Education Directorate, convened a high-profile, 1-day Stakeholder Engagement Forum at the prestigious Acknac Hotel in Accra.
The forum brought together Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Directors of Education (MMDDEs), regional subject coordinators, and pivotal institutional leaders representing every district across the Greater Accra Region.
Purpose and Strategic Focus
The high-level gathering was convened as an essential consultative precursor to the comprehensive rollout of KPS’s practical ICT Integration Training Workshops for classroom educators across the capital region.
Recognizing that technology adoption succeeds only when supported by informed district leadership, the forum focused on:
- Demystifying Technology in the Standards-Based Curriculum: Demonstrating how practical digital pedagogies accelerate student comprehension under the National Pre-Tertiary Curriculum Framework.
- District-Level Logistics and Scaling Strategy: Aligning on implementation modalities to ensure teachers across both urban and peri-urban schools gain access to hands-on capacity building without disrupting instructional time.
- Continuous Oversight and Monitoring: Establishing actionable evaluation frameworks so directors can monitor real classroom application, lesson delivery, and digital tool utilization post-training.
Leadership Collaboration for Sustainable Impact
Throughout the deliberations, participating directors emphasized the pressing need for scalable, contextual digital tools that align with the National Teaching Council (NTC) standards and the Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) mandate for inclusive, equitable quality education.
Directors commended KPS for its localized, hands-on methodology—moving beyond abstract ICT theory to deliver concrete pedagogical tools, curriculum-aligned lesson planners, and data-driven classroom assessment techniques.
Paving the Way for Downstream Impact
The forum concluded with unanimous institutional commitment across the directorates, establishing an agreed blueprint for scheduling and deploying upcoming teacher workshops across Greater Accra's municipalities and districts.
By anchoring this intervention in collaborative leadership with the Regional Directorate, KPS continues to demonstrate that true EdTech transformation begins with trusted partnerships and shared educational vision.
